White Chia Choc Protein Balls

These are so simple to make and the perfect for when your craving something chocolate! I’m a huge fan of chia seeds, I add them to a lot of my foods. Not only are they high in Omega 3 fatty acids, they assist in fat loss and are great for boosting energy.

  • Dairy and Gluten Free

  • Vegan friendly (Pea protein)
  • No added sugar

What you need

    • 1 cup of raw cashews soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight
    • 1 cup  Chocolate WPI Protein Superfood Blend
    • 1/3 of a cup white chia seeds (or black)
    • 1/2 a cup coconut oil

4 fresh dates pitted (soaked in warm water)

What you do

  • Rinse and drain cashews then place in a food processor
  • Add all dried ingredients and process until cashews grind down
  • Pour in coconut oil and softened dates
  • Process until all ingredients combine together
  • Add more coconut oil if needed
  • Scoop out and roll into individual small balls
  • Store in a sealed container and leave in the fridge!
