This super easy Vegan BLUEBERRY – NICE CREAM Slice turned out a treat! Literally!

Indulge in this healthy High Protein, Nutrient and Antioxidant dense treat with out the guilt. NO sugar, dairy, or gluten. Perfect for those sensitive tummies.

This easy base can be made with any of our Protein Blends.




2 scoops PEA OR WHEY  COCONUT BLEND  (I used pea for my vegan friends)

1/4 cup almond meal

2 tablespoons of cacao (I used Meraki and Co)

4-5 pitted dates

1/4 cup coconut oil

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined. If too dry simply add more coconut oil or rice malt syrup for extra sweetness.

Press evenly into a small lined baking tray and place into  the freezer to set.


1 cup of soaked (approx… 4 hours) raw cashews

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 270ml tin of coconut milk (I use Ayam brand)

Top with Coconut Chips (I use Jt’s Coconut and Chocolate chips)


Place all ingredients into a food processor of blender (I used my Vitamix blender)

Blend until you get a smooth creamy consistency. Spread evenly on top of base. Top with Chocolate and Coconut chips/ Place back in the freezer to set for a few hours.

Take our of freezer when ready to serve. Let it defrost for 15 min so you can cut into desires pieces.
