Simply Basil Pesto

What you’ll need
2 cups of fresh basil washed and dried
2 cloves of fresh garlic 
3/4 cup of roasted pine nuts
1/3 cup of macadamia nut oil
1/2 the juice of a small lemon
1 teaspoon of sea salt
How to do it
Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blitz until the ingredients have combined in to a smooth paste. 
Store in a jar in the fridge. Use to compliment salads, meats and vegetables.
