Ridiculously Easy Chocolate Protein Slice

1 cup Chocolate Protein Blend
5 mejool dates
1 cup raw cashews or preferred nuts
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup option (optional)
Blitz ingredients into a food processor until combined and clumps together. If too dry add more coconut oil or water.
Line a square or rectangle tray with glad wrap. Spread evenly and press ingredients firmly into a tray. Place in fridge to set.
1/4 cup melted dark chocolate (70%)
Melt chocolate in microwave and spread evenly onto of base. Return to freezer to set. When chocolate is hard remove from tray and slice into bite size pieces.
Store in airtight container in freezer.
