Easy, time saving and healthy! Couldn’t get better than that! You can throw away you expensive card board boxed cereals and rejoice there is a healthy breakfast alternative out there!

2 cups of activated almonds (soaked for at least 4 hours in filtered water and rinsed)
1/2 cup of dry shredded coconut
1/4 cup of dried Goji Berries
1/2 cup of a mixture of nuts and seeds (e.g. flax, chia, cashews, sunflower)
4 chopped Dried Figs
5 chopped Dried Apricots (no preservatives or sulphates)
Place all ingredients in food processor and blitz until mix starts to combine.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for unto 5 days.
Add your favourite milk or nut milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
*Cinnamon can counteract the dried fruit and help control blood sugar levels.
