Pumpkin may seem a little weird but keeping in the spirit of Halloween and the fact we love its a vegetable.. we thought you might like to get outside your comfort zone and try this Pumpkin  Spice Protein tasty smoothie!

A little extra trivia = the Vitality Nutrition Blend contains Pepitas also know as pumpkin seeds!

1 scoop Coconut Protein superfood Blend

1 banana

1/4 cup pumpkin puree 

1 cup almond milk or milk or choice 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

1 cup ice

Simply place all ingredients into blender and bits until smooth and creamy.
