Proteinm energy bites
These little balls of goodness come from the beautiful Rachel. Rachel works at our local Lululemon Store here on the coast. “Vitality Nutrition” not only loves to shop at Lululemon on regular basis, we also do in store smoothie tastings! The staff are like one big family and have been supporting our Protein and business from the very start. Rachel is in training for half marathon, she is a busy working mum who knows the importance of having healthy, nutritious snacks on hand that the family love and that are easy to make.

  • High protein
  • Gluten Free
  • No nasties

Ingredients

1 cup of gluten free oats
1/2 cup of almond butter 
1/4 cup of rice malt syrup or maple syrup
1/3 cup of flaxseeds
1/3 cup of dark chocolate or cacao nibs

Method

Combine mixture in a large bowl.
Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer!
