PREGNANCY POWER SMOOTHIE

SERVES 2 (SAVE ONE FOR LATER)

1 scoop Coconut or Chocolate Protein Blend

1 banana

1/2 strawberries

2 cups dark leafy greens

1/2 small avocado

2 cups coconut water or almond milk

1 cup ice 

Simply blitz in High powered blender until smooth. Can store for 1-2 days in fridge in airtight container

Note: If feeling nausea try adding a thumb of fresh ginger
