Post Workout Choc Banana Smoothie

I couldn’t resist posting this delicious smoothie combination by one of my favourite Instagram Pages @lilseats. Lilli lives in Melbourne, runs to stay fit and loves taking photos of her healthy food creations.

 

What you need..

1 scoop of Coconut Pea Protein Superfood Blend

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup of frozen coconut flesh

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 cup of coconut water

1/2 cup of almond milk

1-2 teaspoons of cacao

1 small handful of dried coconut chips

 

What you need to do…

Simply place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Enjoy! Great for a post workout snack.
