Pineapple Power Smoothie – Post Workout Smoothie

The refreshing Pineapple Power Smoothie post workout smoothie will replenish tired muscles and boost energy stores.

According to one study, pineapple can be useful in the treatment of sports injuries, thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties of bromelain. These anti-inflammatory properties include the reduction of swelling and bruising, combined with PROTEIN  this is the perfect combination for recovery after a workout.

Ingredients

1 scoop coconut protein blend

½ cup pineapple

½ peeled orange

½ banana

1-2 cups coconut water or nut milk of choice

1-2 cups of ice

 

What to do!

Place all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth and creamy!
