The Superfood Health Benefits of this HALLOWEEN INSPIRED smoothie are going to blow you away! I could easily write  pages on it. While I am a health GEEK and do find this kind of information fascinating I understand most of you just want the GOOD stuff ! (with the benefits snuck in)

Here it is… a simple, vibrant, creamy, delicious smoothie every cell of your body is going to LOVE!

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Vitality Nutrition Coconut Protein Blend

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup of freshly chopped paw paw

1 cup coconut milk ( I used organic Pure Harvest Quench brand)

1 tablespoon goji berries

1 cup ice

METHOD

Place all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth!
