No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bar

These fudge like Protein Bars will rival any store bought bar without the added chemicals and processed ingredients! Super easy and convenient for that post workout snack.

What you need..

1-cup dates 

1 cup of cashews (you can use any type of nut almonds are great too)

2 scoops of Coconut or Chocolate Vitality Nutrition Protein Blend

¼ cup cacao or cocoa powder

¼ cup of almond milk (you can use ant type of milk or water)

1-teaspoon vanilla paste

1 pinch of sea salt

 

What to do….

 Place dates into a food processor and blitz until broken down. Then add nuts, blitz again until you get a fine consistency.

Add protein, cacao, vanilla paste, salt and milk.

Blitz until all ingredients have combined and you get a sticky paste.

Line a small tray or container with plastic wrap.  Spread mixture out evenly using a back of a slightly damp spoon. (so it doesn’t stick)

Place into the freezer to set for at least 15 minutes.

Remove from freezer by lifting the plastic wrap. Cut into small bars and enjoy!

Store in the fridge or freezer.

Tip: Taste test the mixture to get the right sweetness and consistency for you!
