Natural Cinnamon Muesli

This Natural Cinnamon Muesli is a spin off of my super easy Raw Protein Muesli Mix recipe. Don’t be too concerned about the dried fruit.  The Cinnamon is going to counteract the sugars in the fruit due to the high protein and cinnamon content!

High Protein
Gluten Free
Free from refined sugars
Dairy Free (when using Vegan Blend)
Ingredients

1 – 2 scoops of Coconut WPI or PPI Protein Blend

1 cup of almonds (soaked overnight and rinsed)

5 mejool dates (seeds taken out)

1/4 cup of sultanas (no sulphates)

1/3 cup of mixed seeds (chia, flax, sunflower)

1 tablespoon organic cinnamon powder

1/4 cup dried coconut

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the desired consistency. Ingredients should be combined. I personally like the museli chunky!
