Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

500ml of coconut water

1-2 scoops of TVN Coconut Pea protein powder or TVN Coconut Whey protein powder

1 cup of washed kale

1 frozen or ripe banana

½ to 1 cup of ice

Method

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth 

 

Serves

1-2

* Store any remaining smoothie in an airtight container for a nutritious snack during the day!
