Lime Green Protein Balls

These Green Protein Balls are sweet and protein packed. The perfect snack for a quick energy boost!

Ingredients

3 scoops of Coconut Whey or Pea Protein Blend

1/2 cup almond meal

8-10 medjool dates (seeds taken out and soaked in boiling water for a few minutes)

1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

1/2 the juice of a lime or lemon

1-2 teaspoons of greens powder (we use Vital Greens

1 -2  tablespoons of melted coconut oil

2-3 tablespoons of the water used to soak the dates in

1/3 cup of shredded coconut to roll balls in

Method

Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor Ingredients except the shredded coconut.

The ingredients should combine and stick together. If too dry add a little more water.

Roll into small balls in the palm of your hand covering the outside with the shredded coconut.

Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
