Easy Dairy Free Creamy Cashew Milk

Who would of thought you could make delicious creamy milk out of cashews? Nut milks are a great dairy alternative for
- Breakfast muesli
- Chia Puddings
Nut milks not only taste great, they are rich in protein and full of essential minerals.
- Always soak your nuts for at least 4 hours, this will help get rid nasty enzyme inhibitors that make nuts difficult to digest.
What do I you need
2 cups of raw cashews
3-4 cups of filtered water
A blender or food processor
What do I do
Soak 2 cups of raw cashews overnight
Drain and rinse in a colander
Add 3-4 cups of filtered water (less water if you like a thicker consistency)
Blend until you get a smooth consistency (no lumps)
Store in an airtight glass jar or pitcher for unto 4 days
