Easter Inspired Protein Balls

This is what happens when your in the kitchen of your dreams thinking of healthy delicious chocolate treats for the holidays.
A sweet gooey healthy protein ball. These are fun to make…everything to do with spoon licking of course!
- High protein
- Gluten Free
- Vegan (when using Pea Protein Blend)
- Dairy Free (when using Pea Protein Blend)
2 scoops Coconut or Chocolate Protein Blend
1 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup organic sultanas or dates
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 heaped table spoons of tahini
2 table spoons rice malt syrup (less or more for your acquired sweetness)
1/3 cup melted cacao butter
1/3 cup organic maple syrup
1/4 cup cacao
Place Protein,cashews and sultanas or dates in food processor and pulse until combined together.
Add Coconut oil,tahini and rice malt syrup. Blitz until ingredients binds or sticks together.
(If still dry you can add more coconut oil)
Roll into small balls with clean hands and place on a tray in fridge to harden.
Add cacao and maple syrup to melted cacao butter and stir in a bowl until you get a smooth silky texture. (test sweetness suit your taste buds)
When still runny, drizzle chocolate onto protein ball with a tablespoon.
Place covered balls in the fridge to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
