Coconut and Cashew Smoothie

If you’re feeling a little blue, stressed or anxious reach for a handful of raw cashews!

Cashews are a Superfood Powerhouse, packed with magnesium, amino acid tryptophan, Vitamin B6, omega 3 fats, iron and protein.

1 scoop Coconut Protein Blend

1 handful raw cashews

1 banana

1-2 cups coconut water, water or nut milk of choice

1-teaspoon Maca (optional)

1-2 cups ice
