Cinnamon Superfood Porridge

Carla and Emma AKA The Merrymaker Sisters  are Paleo bloggers,
recipe creators and social media geniuses! I had been following these ladies on Instagram for a while but recently had the chance to hear them speak at the Integrative Nutrition Conference  in Sydney this year. I am honoured to say these vivacious talented ladies have fallen in love with our Superfood Blends. Not only have they written a fantastic review on our products, but created delicious Paleo Inspired Recipes!! The Cinnamon Superfood Porridge is so easy and perfect for the cooler months.

Serves 2
  • Gluten Free
  • Dairy Free
  • High Protein

Ingredients


1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut (no preservatives added)

1/4 cup of coconut flour

2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)


Method

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan on ma medium heat. Stir until combined. 
Turn up the heat to just boil. 
Turn down the heat to medium and allow to simmer for around 5 minutes.
Enjoy immediately with a extra sprinkle of cinnamon. 

* Our Chocolate or Coconut protein would be perfect to use too!
