Chocolate Chia Pudding

I am crazy for Chia Puddings! Who doesn’t want to eat desert for breakfast and be guilt free? I will be posting these tasty little power houses on a regular basis. The varieties are endless and fun to experiment with. Not to mention they are jam packed with natures Superfoods!

What you’ll need
1 scoop of VN Chocolate Whey Superfood Protein Blend
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup of nut or coconut milk ( I used almond milk for this recipe)
1 teaspoon of cacao nibs or scrapped dark chocolate
1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
What you need to do
Combine ingredients together in a jar or bowl. Chia seeds will separate and start to absorb nut milk.
Top with shredded coconut and cacao nibs. Place in an airtight container to set in the fridge.
*I always make at least 4 at a time. They should keep for at approximately 3 days in the fridge. For extra sweetness add a teaspoon of honey
