Ingredients
1 Scoop of WPI or PPI Chocolate Protein Blend
1 banana
1 cup of coconut water
3/4 cup of organic frozen blueberries
2-3 pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup of ice
Method
Simply place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Enjoy as a light snack or post workout drink!
