Blueberry Acai Smoothie – Fight ageing and increase energy with this High Protein, naturally perfect Antioxidant Smoothie!
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup spinach
1- 2 cup coconut water or preferred milk
1 teaspoon Acai powder
1 tablespoon of full fat plain Greek yoghurt
1 cup ice (optional)
1-teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Blend in a high powered blender until smooth.
