Blackberries – Blueberries – Lemon Cream Smoothie

Black and blueberry smoothie

Ingredients

1 scoop Coconut Whey or Pea Protein Blend

1 frozen banana

dash coconut milk

1/2 cup black and blueberries

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon maca (optional)

1-2 dates (optional for extra sweetness)

1 small piece of ginger

dash of lemon juice (on top after blending)

Top with Coconut chips

Method

Simply blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.

Squeeze lemon juice on top, them add coconut chips
