Banana Bread Recipe

This delicious banana bread recipe is a family favourite! No nasty sugars or gluten to upset tummies, only pure whole food ingredients that the whole family will love.
1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
3 Ripe Bananas
8 Medjool Dates (seeds removed)
2 Tbsp. Tahini
4 - 5 Free Range Eggs
1 tsp. Bicarb Soda (Gluten Free)
2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt METHOD
Preheat oven to 175-180 degrees.
Grease and line loaf tin (I use coconut oil).
Mash the bananas and dates together until smooth.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix together until you have a smooth batter.
Pour batter into loaf tin and bake between 175-180 degrees for 45minutes. Check its cooked through with a skewer.
Once cooled store in an airtight container. Simply eat on its own or spread on your favourite topping!
