Autumn Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe

This Autumn Protein Smoothie recipe was created by a Instagramer Amanda who is a huge fan of using our Superfood Protein Blends.  You won’t be disappointed!

 

  • Gluten Free
  • High Protein
  • Vegan
  • Paleo
  • Dairy free (when using Pea Protein Blend)
  • Refined sugar free
What you need..
 
 
1/2 an apple (prefer organic)
 
1 – 2 cups of almond milk (for desired thickness)
 
1 tablespoon of nut butter (natural, no additives)
 
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
 
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 cup of ice

 

What you need to do …..

Simply place all ingredients into a big powered blend and blend until smooth.

If your blender hasn’t got much grunt, I recommend grating your apple first.
