Golden Turmeric Smoothie Recipe

Hope you all had a wonderful long weekend!

Why not end it by making yourself one of these beauties? Turmeric lattes are all the rage! People are swapping their morning coffee with this sweet spicy drink.

And why wouldn’t they?! Turmeric is natures anti-inflammatory!

All you need:

1 scoop Coconut Whey Protein Blend

1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup mango
1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
1/2 cup milk kefir
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric latte mix (Nature harvest)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to serve
1 cup of ice

Blend it all together until smooth!
