Green Smoothie Combinations 101 – Your Guide

Having problems perfecting that Green Smoothie combination? Lets be honest they can be either really bad or really good and I have had my fair share of the bad! Its difficult to be super excited about something that tasted bad. Its important you come up with a recipe thats going to get the juices flowing.

It may take a bit of practice but I can guarantee they are addictive when made right! Every cell in your body will be having a party.

Spinach smoothie

 

 

PROTEIN

50g or 1 scoop VITALITY NUTRITION  PROTEIN BLEND e.g

Coconut Whey Protein or Coconut Pea Protein

ASSORTED GREENS

2 cup of Greens e.g

Spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, collard greens

FRUIT

1 cup of fruit e.g

banana, mango, berries, apple, pineapple

LIQUID

1-2 cups

Coconut water, filtered water, almond or any nut milk, coconut milk, green tea

For extra spice!

Fresh ginger, turmeric, assorted herbs

For extra texture

Freeze your fruit or extra lots of ice.
