Protein Smoothie as a Meal Replacement?

At Vitality Nutrition we know how important creating real “Whole Food” habits is. Eating a balanced diet with an abundance fresh vegetables, fruit and quality proteins and fats is essential to keep us healthy and energised and to get us through a busy day.

Smoothies have become an important part of my routine, to be honest I don’t know where I would be without them!
A Green Smoothie for breakfast 3 to 4 times a week has done more than give me back time they have –

1 CUP KALE
1- 2 CUP ALMOND MILK
1 TEASPOON FLAX OIL
1 CUP ICE
BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH!
